1. This Regulation applies to the persons who have obtained, before 1 January 1997, under section 101 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10), a pension credit attributable to a supplemental retirement plan referred to in Schedule I or II.
It also applies to the persons to whom a pension credit has been granted, before 1 January 1997, after a transfer agreement entered into under section 158 of the Act and referred to in Schedule I.
